Even got discount on nails

Went to a local DIY store and they didnt have the nails I was after so went to a different one. They had them but were the same price  but a lower weight than the ones at the first store. So I asked if they did a price match even though they were a different weight I got 49p off each box. I got three boxes.

what is your best haggle?

So far I have haggled on carpets, cars, washing machines,computers and wood to mention a few.
Always smile (dont look nervous)
with the washing machine I asked if it came with powder.
When I asked they said no but gave me free delivery which at the time was £19.99 and free conection again £19.99 and the took my old machine away. Again this was at the time they charged to do this.

I used to be a mouse. I didnt even like asking where an item is in a shop let alone haggling.
Now I hate paying full price for anything.
I am not the best at it, but I do enjoy the haggle.
One key thing is to smile and have a laugh.
After all the worst thing they can say is no!
